With profound sorrow, the municipality of Jovellanos mourns the passing yesterday of our colleague Septimio Barreto, delegate for district no. 31.
His sudden death has plunged his family, friends, and the staff of the Municipal Assembly of People’s Power into mourning. They paid tribute to him with a minute of silence filled with respect and gratitude.
