The headquarters of the Associations of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (ANSOC), the Blind and Visually Impaired (ANCI) and Persons with Physical and Motor Disabilities (ACLIFIM) in Pedro Betancourt municipality are dedicating this Equal Opportunity Day to the labor and socio-cultural insertion of their members.
This was expressed to our radio station by Yailín Castellanos Fundora, president of ANSOC in the territory.

Likewise, Yamila Cabrera Lambert, municipal president of ANCI, pointed out some of the main activities that, within the framework of this day, are materialized in the locality for the benefit of the associates.

Likewise, William Risco García, who heads the ACLIFIM in the town, highlighted the constant link between the Municipal Sports Department and this organization, as well as the work and awards achieved by several athletes who are part of it.

Initiated last November the 27th in the town, the Equal Opportunities Day will be extended until December the 3rd and will continue the development of proposals to eliminate the exclusion and discrimination of people with disabilities on the basis of their personal and professional improvement, as well as their welfare and recreation.
