Inauguration of Puentes Event, at the University of Matanzas.

Puentes Event, a United Nations model carried out by the University of Matanzas, was officially inaugurated.

«On this occasion we have students representing different countries such as China, Iraq, United States, Russia, Cuba, among others,» said the general secretary of the United Nations Bridges model, Dayani Fundora.

This event will be divided into two commissions that will meet today 19th and tomorrow 20th. They will address issues related to the environment and armed conflicts.

Puentes is more than a university extension activity at the Matanzas University, as it gives students the opportunity to dream of a better world.
