Work activities are resumed this January 4th as foreseen in the Work Plan in order to continue planning the 2024 course and guarantee the work of the teaching secretariats.

In this way, the delivery and reception of examination reports, the preparations for the entrance to the Day Course (CD), the closing of the 2023 course, the graduation of the 17th and 18th for the central headquarters, the work in the administrative areas and the tasks of assurance and support to teaching are guaranteed, according to the note.

Meanwhile, the recess of the teaching activities is extended until January 7th, so there will be no teaching or evaluation activities until January 8th, this decision leads to the following adjustments to the teaching activities:

– The extraordinary exams of the Course by Encounters (CPE) and Distance Education (EaD) scheduled for the week of January 3rd to 6th, will be moved in the same order and schedules for January 9th, 10th and 11th.

– The special specials corresponding to the week from the 8th to the 13th, are moved in the same order and schedules for the 16th, 17th and 18th.

– As the subjects are completed, the minutes must be handed in to the Teachers’ Secretaries for statistical processing and promotion.

– In the case of the Day Course, it must end in the week of the 8th to the 13th. Each faculty will dispatch with the VR1 and the DFP the needs to extend the exam period for those years that have extraordinary and world exams pending.

– The beginning of the 2024 course is maintained on the 15th for the CD and on the 20th for the CPE and EaD.
