Playoffs defined.

In the last day of rescheduled games on Monday, July 3rd, the Isle of Youth defeated Ciego de Avila 2×1 in 11 innings and all the pairings for the postseason were ready.

The Leñadores de Las Tunas (1) will face the Tigres de Ciego de Avila (8), the Avispas de Santiago de Cuba (2) will face the Toros de Camagüey (7), the 3rd matchup will be between Artemisa (3) and the Cocodrilos de Matanzas (6), while the Cocodrilos de Espirituanos (4) will try to beat the Leones de Industriales (5).

The play-off phase begins on July 8 when Ciego de Avila will face Las Tunas and Camagüey will face Santiagueros. The Matanzas Crocodiles begin their action in this stage on July 9th as visitors at the 26 de Julio Stadium, home of the Hunters.
