Meliá Las Antillas today leads the hotel industry in this destination in terms of design, implementation, renovation and continuous improvement of a robust experience program, which has confirmed its validity in terms of the favorable results achieved.
The statement was made by Milton Francisco González Zayas, deputy director of Research and Development in Varadero, after delivering his lecture on building meaningful experiences for clients.
«At the Meliá Las Antillas hotel, everyone, and its leader the first, is convinced that in the past, when once upon a time, travelers chose the destination first and only then chose what to do when they arrived,» he said on his Facebook social network.
The prominent researcher reflected that «today’s travelers do not consider experiences as secondary, and increasingly base their travel decisions on specific activity interests, which has inverted the travel planning funnel, placing experiences at the top and destination choices further down the cone».
González Zayas expressed his hope that the exchange with the facility’s executives and workers will contribute to consolidate the excellent work they are currently doing in this area.
«I thank them, congratulate them and urge them to continue their efforts so that those who visit the Meliá Las Antillas hotel never forget what they felt when they lived the memorable experiences that are offered there,» he said.
His praise is shared by many people, and a constant commitment to promote the practice of tourism based on generating memorable experiences for guests, the Meliá Las Antillas hotel has turned initiatives such as the Cuban Day into its distinctive product.
Every Saturday, for example, the party mobilizes guests and fans of the facility operated by Cubanacán and the international Meliá, which from an innovative management perfected this very common offer in the hotels of the main beach resort, but exclusive for the special way of conceiving it in a place where they appropriated it to transcend and steal the hearts of those who decide to enjoy it.
The seventh day of the week is presented as the opportunity to enjoy this popular celebration conceived from the integrality of unveiling the tasty Cuba for its typical dishes, but also for its rhythms and symbols. Meliá Las Antillas is definitely the experience.
