We spoke with Oslay Díaz Pagés, deputy superintendent of Food of the town, who acknowledged the commitment of the highest territorial direction with agricultural development and support to Betancourt producers, while highlighting the achievements of the previous spring campaign.

The cold planting campaign is part of the multiple national efforts to boost agricultural production, reduce dependence on food imports and thus contribute to the sustainable development of the island.
