The Matanzas Construction and Assembly Company is committed to completing 21 homes before the end of this year. However, it is experiencing delays in meeting its construction schedule due to a lack of materials and a shortage of tools.
Reymer Torres Rodríguez, the technical-production manager of Basic Business Unit Number One, stated that two of the seven planned homes have been completed and explained that four others are 80 percent finished.
